Compliance Consulting Done Better
We work with “small-ish” biotech & device companies to efficiently enhance, empower, and enable compliance programs.
Our approach
We enable Chief Compliance Officers and their teams to do their highest-value work. Let us do the busy, time-consuming work of building and empower yourself to focus on strategy and execution.
Enhance. Empower. Enable.
Enhance - We add elements to programs that did not previously exist
Empower - Compliance teams are empowered to do more with better tools
Enable - Compliance officers are enabled to focus on their highest-value work of program strategy and execution and not building the pieces
Contract Services vs. Subscription
As a contracted “employee”, you get a person on staff with broad experience, without the added cost of being a full-time employee.
Subscription services will charge you to build a tool and then charge annual fees to “manage” it.
Our Difference
We assist businesses in creating, improving, and implementing their compliance programs
Employee Costs
Hypothetical Employee:
Salary: $125000
Equity: $125000 or more
Benefits: $25000
Total cost: $275,000
Contracting Costs
As a contractor, we can be hired for as much or as little as needed to build the tools you need. Once our work is done, the tool is yours, and can be added to or enhanced by you.
Our Services
We offer a full spectrum of services to help build out your program. Have data and need a dashboard, no problem. Below are a few examples of our services.
-
Auditing and Monitoring
We can build your program from the ground up including materials, tracking, analytics and even execution if needed.
-
Training
Carter Compliance Ops can build a variety of trainings including, but not limited to, Code of Conduct, Compliance, field facing training, and more.
-
Program Specific Services
We have experience from conception through execution in the management of speaker programs including program policy, analytics, and speaker/employee training.
“As a contracted “employee” my focus is on the creation of your program and the tools you will use to execute; freeing your time to strategize.”
— Don Carter, CEO
